Ror focuses his attention with clients on actionable lifestyle and habit changes. He has coached a number of film and music celebrities from Hollywood to Hong Kong. His celebrity clients include: Smallville’s Tom Welling (Clark Kent), Chilling Adventures of Sabrina’s Kieran Shipka (Sabrina), Hong Kong/China films stars including Alex Fong 方力申, and Stephy Tang 邓丽欣.
Ror has also worked throughout Asia, including Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, and with the official Fairtex Muay Thai team, and Yokkao Muay Thai in Thailand.
Training with the coaches at Combat Club Fitness has been a great decision. The atmosphere is great, and they really care about my results by focusing on my time both in and out of the gym.
I came for the Small Group Training (which I still do), but I also got a coach with them and it has really helped make the difference I was lacking. I suggest having your own coach at CC even if you’re doing the classes, their personal dedication is a huge difference.
