We offer private training and small group training. Our signature programs of KickHIIT, BURN 30 or GRID offers you the most effective and comprehensive fitness and weight loss training in the shortest amount of time.  All our classes are 30 minutes long so you’re in and out so you can feel re-charged, motivated and inspired to get on with the rest of your day.

 

Our programs cater to all fitness levels. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced, our friendly and motivating coaches are committed to your progress and will ensure each workout is right for you.  We also provide an assessment for each new client to ensure you’re comfortable for all the basics and foundations before beginning any class.

Ror focuses his attention with clients on actionable lifestyle and habit changes. He has coached a number of film and music celebrities from Hollywood to Hong Kong.  His celebrity clients include: Smallville’s Tom Welling (Clark Kent), Chilling Adventures of Sabrina’s Kieran Shipka (Sabrina), Hong Kong/China films stars including Alex Fong 方力申, and Stephy Tang 邓丽欣.

Ror has also worked throughout Asia, including Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, and with the official Fairtex Muay Thai team, and Yokkao Muay Thai in Thailand.

“Coach Killa B @ KB Fitness” – ACE certified Personal Trainer in 2019, I’ve been in fitness for over 20 years but what really made me fall in love with it was Kickboxing. Since 2012 I started my training in kickboxing and loved it! I wanted to share my passion for it. In 2016 I started teaching group fitness classes specializing in kickboxing.

I’m truly excited to continue my career in changing lives and helping people through the power movement and fitness. Fitness is a spiritual, physical and personal journey for me. You will always see my fun and energetic personality shine though.

Hello, my name is Tiffany and I am an ACE (American Council of Exercise) certified personal trainer. I have always had a passion for fitness, and have enjoyed participating in many athletic sports throughout my life. It is hard to choose but a few my favourite fitness activities are kickboxing, snowboarding, Bikram yoga, resistance training and everything from leisure to extreme outdoor activities in general.

I have dedicated the last 5 years towards improving physical fitness and mental self-improvement by focusing on strength, endurance and resistance training in a gym environment. My specialties are working with clients who are new to a gym environment and looking for guidance in resistance training or how to use gym equipment; however, I work with clients of all ages, levels of experience and styles of training.

My goal is to educate and inspire those who are serious about improving daily active living, weight loss, health and nutrition, setting personal fitness goals and learning program adherence in a fun and comfortable environment. I provide private training sessions, semi-private training sessions and group fitness classes.

Rua’s mission is to help people avoid the mistakes he made prior to becoming a coach. He aims to fast track each client to living in the body of their dreams through a sustainable approach that will not impede on their lifestyle but improve it, through implementing small gradual changes to their daily lifestyle. Rua wants to show his clients and Combat Club members how they can improve not only how they look through exercise, but how they feel on a day to day basis, their cognitive ability, confidence and how to develop positive relationships with food.
