IT'S A KICK!

 

Combat Club Fitness believes in fitness for all ages, and getting kids off to a good start when it comes to being more active in our day to day lives. So we are introducing kids KickFit, an all-new 6-week kids fitness & kickboxing camp.

 

With studies showing that kids obesity is getting higher, and kids also getting weaker, this is the perfect time to start to help your child live life to their fullest with our all-new Kids KickFit after school, small group training program.

BIG CHANGES

A Fun Kids Fitness & Kickboxing After School Camp

  • Ages 10 - 13, boys and girls. 

  • Bodyweight exercises.

  • Moves and drills from and inspired various martial arts including Muaythai, Karate, Tae Kwon Do and BJJ.

  • Sports performance training, with bands, balls, and jump ropes.

  • Age-appropriate strength, conditioning and agility training.

  • Easy to follow nutritional guidance.

  • Fun and safe environment.

  • NO SPARRING. Kids will only hit heavy bags, shields, focus mitts and shadow boxing. 

KIDS KICKFIT CAMP

PROGRAM & REGISTRATION DETAILS

 

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:30 pm - 4:20 pm

  • Begins January 21, ends March 5.

  • Ages 10 - 13. Boys and Girls.

  • A minimum of 5 kids must register for program to start. If the minimum registrations are not reached, you will receive a 100% refund of your registration.

  • Registration closes Friday, January 17, at 6 pm. You will be notified by Saturday, January 18 if canceled. 

  • Make sure to bring a water bottle. 

  • Proper workout clothing required.
