Book a consultation with a Club Coach, and they will go over all your goals, and timelines. Conduct a fitness assessment and health assessment.

The coach will then design you your own personalized and customized 6-week block fitness program.

You then choose the times available for Semi-Private with your personal trainer.

And finally you show up to workout. Your personal trainer will be there to help you there every step of the way. It's literally that simple.
