OUR LESS EXPENSIVE WAY TO "HELP YOU FIGHT FOR YOUR FIT"

Semi-private training is a relatively new concept yet it's catching on fast.

Basically you meet with a Club Coach, and they will go over all your goals, and timelines. Conduct a fitness assessment and health assessment.

The coach will then design you your own personalized and customized 6-week block fitness program.

You then choose times available for Semi-Private training on the Club Schedule with at least 24 hours notice.

And finally you show up to workout. An assigned Club Coach will be there to help you with technique, spotting, and any questions during your training session. It's literally that simple.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

 

  • Complete a full-body health & fitness assessment.

  • Take the time to understand your goals and challenges.

  • Design a workout program customized for you that includes simple activities to do at home to maintain and build upon your fitness.

  • Design small home workouts so you get some extra exercise in on your non-gym days. More movement = better and faster results.

  • Motivate and encourage you every step of the way in a semi-private coaching setting.

  • Provide lifestyle management and nutrition suggestions.

  • As part of our process, we carefully track and record your progress in fitness, strength and body composition (fat and muscle levels).

  • Access to all the exact same tools our private coaching receive including special Club Workshops, access to Eat 101 sessions, and on-going Lifestyle Coaching sessions with our Club Program & Lifestyle Director Ror Alexander.

  • Perform a re-assessment after your 6-week program term is complete.
