Burn 30 is our premier cardio and circuit focused program. Promising to deliver heart pounding, calorie burning results in only 30 minutes. Meaning more life less gym. Bodyweight. Kettlebells. Dumbbells. Medballs and more. 

FITE

45 MINUTES

Our answer to what happens when you combine traditional muay thai with fitness. Following the same structure as a Muaythai class in Thailand. 

EAT 101

30 MINUTES

Our coaches help guide you through the principles of nutrition, supplements and healhty lifestyles. *This program runs on a cylce throughout the year. 

KickHIIT

30 MINUTES

KickHIIT combines the best of heavy bag training and body weight training with drills and strikes taken from MMA, muaythai, and other martial arts. 

ABS360

30 MINUTES

A 30 min abs and core class.

AHINA YOGA

60 MINUTES

Ahina Yoga is a dynamic fusion of Ayurvedic principles, Indian hatha, Thai and Tibetan yoga traditions and practices. 

METCON

The ulitimate warehouse style cross training condtioning & strength program metcon has it all. using all the 9 foundational human movements. METCON is fitness evolved.
