Fitness should be fun, not boring, which is why Alyssa likes to create varied and playful workouts. For those who are unaware, her specialties include functional movements, bodybuilding, strength and conditioning. She also has a diverse background in the Martial Arts. Starting Muay Thai at a very young age has taught her to be disciplined with her own workouts, and forced her to push herself to be the very best.
She also likes to include this type of training as a part of the cardio aspect of her sessions, which provides great eye/hand coordination and a perfect way to sweat. Her philosophy is that training should be something you enjoy doing and you ought to experience a level of empowerment when doing so.
